Motia Living Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Motia Living pieces, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we’re happy to offer you 14 days to return anything that’s not quite right.
If you decide something isn’t for you, simply return it in the same condition you received it, and we’ll refund what you paid – it’s that easy.
How to Return Your Items
If You Ordered from Our Website
If your order was delivered by courier, you can arrange a return within 14 days of delivery by following these steps:

Get in touch via the Contact Us form on our website, with your order number and delivery postcode or email address.

- Drop-off: We’ll email you a returns label to print and attach to your package, then drop it at your nearest collection point.

Home Collection: We’ll arrange a collection date. Our courier will bring the label when they arrive.

Standard courier returns cost £2.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and paying for their own returns.
Receiving Your Refund
If You Returned Items to Our Warehouse
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–9 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear in your account within 5 working days of processing, but this can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your card has expired, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
