Motia Living – Delivery Information

We aim to make receiving your Motia Living order as seamless as possible. Below you will find full details on our delivery services, timings, and charges.

UK Mainland & Isle of Wight (Excl. Northern Ireland)

Parcel Services

Smaller items are delivered via our trusted courier partners.
If your item is too large or delicate for parcel delivery, our specialist delivery team will bring it directly to your home.

Courier Deliveries (DPD/ Royal Mail)

• Fully tracked – you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• A signature might be required on delivery.
• Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 6:00pm (time slots cannot be guaranteed).

Cut-off for Next-Day Delivery:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day.

Your order will be dispatched once all items are in stock. Multiple deliveries can be arranged upon request (additional charges apply).

Fragile & Heavy Deliveries

For larger, heavier, or more delicate items, we’ll arrange a white-glove delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

• We will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a convenient date.
• Deliveries start from 7:30am, and you’ll receive a 2-hour time slot on the morning of delivery.
• We can unpack, assemble in the room of your choice, and remove packaging – upon request.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands

Deliveries to these locations may take longer and be subject to higher charges due to accessibility.

Parcel Deliveries 

• Tracked service with email updates.
• A signature is required upon delivery.
• Delivery Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

International Deliveries

We proudly deliver Motia Living products worldwide.

• At checkout, you will be charged a holding fee.
• We will contact you to confirm available services, estimated delivery times, and final charges before dispatch.

EU & Channel Islands Guide

Delivery times and costs vary for other international destinations – please contact us for an accurate quote.
